We use trusted courier services such as Royal Mail or Evri to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Free delivery may be offered for orders above a certain amount — details will appear at checkout.
4. Click & Collect / Local Pickup
Local customers may choose free local pickup at our location in Derby.
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
5. Delays and Lost Packages
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as postal delays or strikes) may occur.
