2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for booking, payment, and the provision of services offered by Pearl Cocoon, as well as the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
By making a booking, the client fully accepts these terms.

3. Services

​

Pearl's Cocoon provides non-medical wellness services aimed at relaxation, stress relief, and overall balance of body and mind.
These treatments are not medical procedures and do not replace professional medical advice or treatment.

4. Bookings and Payments

​

• Bookings can be made via the website, by phone, or in person.

• A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment.

• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the session (cash, card, or any accepted method).

• Deposits may be retained if a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

 

5. Cancellations and Delays

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Any delay of more than 15 minutes may shorten your session without a price reduction.

• Missed appointments without notice will be fully charged.

 

6. Contraindications

​

Clients must inform the practitioner of any health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, ongoing treatments, or allergies before the session.
Pearl's Cocoons reserves the right to refuse a treatment if it may be unsuitable or unsafe.

7. Liability

​

Pearl's Cocoon cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from a session, particularly if the client has not disclosed relevant health information.

8. Intellectual Property

​

All content on the Pearl's Cocoon website — including text, images, and logos — is the exclusive property of the business.
Any reproduction or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
